  1. Melt the butter and mince the garlic. Mix well together.

  3. Heat up a pan with low heat. Place the bread on the pan with buttered side down.
  4. Mix Gochujang and softened cream cheese.
  5. Put Havarti cheese slices on one slice of bread. Spread the spicy cream cheese and put kimchi on top of the other slice.
  6. Put the bread with Havarti cheese on top of the other. Cook each side of the sandwich for 1-2 minutes, or until golden crispy.
  7. Delicious Kimchi Grilled Cheese ready to serve!
