  1. For dough, take a mixing bowl and add wheat flour, salt and grated potato.
  2. Now knead it and make a soft dough.
  3. On the other hand for stuffing, take a kadai and add chopped spinach.
  4. Stirr it continously fot two mins and after that add paneer and tomato.
  5. Keep stirring untill the water evaporates.
  6. Switch off the flame.
  7. Then add cream cheese, mayo sauce, red chilli flakes and oregano.
  8. Mix it properly.
  9. Now make balls of the dough.
  10. Take one ball and make thin and big roti of it.
  11. Heat the flat pan and put roti over it.
  12. The roti should be soft otherwise will create problem in folding.
  13. Now spread the stuffing on it evenly leaving half inch at the end of the edge.
  14. Fold it slowly and tightly.
  15. Wrap it with the cling or foil paper.
  16. Likewise make all rolls.
  17. Keep it in the fridge for 20 mins.
  18. After that remove it and cut into pinwheels.
  19. Here now our Spinach Pinwheels are ready to serve.
  20. Serve it with any dip of your choice.
