  2. Get shredded cheddar cheese

  1. Combine salt, egg, milk, cheese, and oil in blender. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of tapioca flour. Mix on high until smooth.
  3. Keep adding 1/2 cup of tapioca flour at a time until all mixed together.
  4. Grease mini muffin pan with butter.
  5. Pour mixture into mini pan filling halfway…optional to add extra cheese to top.
  6. Put in oven for 15 minutes or until they puff up / turn golden brown. CAUTION adding extra cheese may not allow for a puffy top.
  7. Let the pan set out and cool for 4-5 minutes and serve with ANYTHING!! ENJOY friends!
