The ingredients needed to make Crockpot rotisserie chicken:
  1. Get Whole Chicken
  2. Get med. Carrots
  3. Get large onion quartered
  4. Make ready Seasonings
  5. Get Pepper blend
  6. Take Seasoning salt
  7. Make ready Garlic salt
Instructions to make Crockpot rotisserie chicken:
  1. Peel carrots and cut into 3in chunks. Cut 1/2 of the onion into quarters. Place in crockpot
  2. With kitchen twine truss the chicken. (tuck wings and tie legs together) Pat dry with paper towels. Place on top of veggies
  3. Season chicken to your liking. I just sprinkled the seasonings over the chicken not caring if it got on the vegetables.
  4. I usually use one of these pepper blends.
  5. Cook on high for 3- 3 1/2 hours.
  6. When done remove to a sheet pan with the vegetables and broil in the oven till golden brown.
  7. Optional- make gravy with juices left in crockpot. Serve with potatoes or rice. Or whatever you want
  8. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
