  3. Take 2 cups Rice of choice

  5. Get Desired amount of Shredded Cheese
  6. Make ready Preferred seasonings to taste (garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, salt, etc)
Instructions to make Crockpot - Turkey Stuffed Bell Peppers:
  1. Cook your rice per instructions. While your rice is cooking, brown up your ground turkey.
  2. Pour a small amount of sauce (just enough to cover the bottom of the crockpot) into the crockpot & set the crockpot temp to HIGH. Place lid on & let the crockpot warm up.
  3. Rinse off bell peppers, cut tops off & clean out the centers.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked rice, cooked turkey, preferred amount of cheese & seasonings. Stuff each bell pepper until they are full. Set stuffed peppers into the crock & coat them with the remaining amount of sauce.
  5. Cook on HIGH 3.5-4 hours. The last hour of cooking, add desired amount of cheese to the top. If you decide to cook on LOW, adjust your cook time to 5-6 hours.
  6. Tastes well with a tortilla on the side. Enjoy!
