  8. Pour your sauce over it. Even it out with a spoon
  9. Place place the casserole in for 15 - 20 minutes
  10. Three minutes before being taken out, place the shaving or slices of the mozzerella of your choice on top (Note: do this if you are serving this right away. If you aren't wait until you eat it to add the cheese)
