  2. Make ready Half cabbage,thinly slice

  6. Prepare Charsiu or roast pork
  7. Take Dark and light soy sauce
  8. Take Black pepper
Instructions to make Beansprout Noodle:
  1. Blanch noodle in hot water until it loosen up. Don't over cook. Heat wok and pour cooking oil. Stir fry garlic and shallots keep stirring until aroma comes out, pour cabbage slices and mix well. Add light and dark soy sauce and just a little water. Cook it half cook then add beansprout and noodle. Keep mixing then add the cooked charsiu and spring onion. Then black pepper.
