Simmer until all veggies are half cook.Then remove the veggies and just leave the sauce.Add bihon noodle and cook until the noodle absorbs the sauce.If the noodle is still hatd can add some more water.Simmer until bihon is soft then put back the veggies.Mix well and remove then add the celery chopped.
  3. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
