  1. Take (3-4) 12-16oz Ribeyes, season with Salt and let set for 45 mins to 1 hour.
  2. Dice an onion and add 2 tbs of Avocado oil and Ribeyes to pan on Medium heat.
  3. Add 3 tbs of Minced Garlic, 1 tb of Avocado oil, 68oz of fire roasted tomatoes or so, I used (2) 28oz and (1) 15oz can, (1) 6oz can of tomato paste, 1 tb Italian seasoning (basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary, marjoram,garlic), 1 tbs red pepper, salt and black pepper to taste (1tsp each for me)
  4. Separate ribeyes and onions, add onions and drippings to crockpot and puree mixture, remove tomatoes and onoim membranes that stick.
  5. Add ribeyes to blended sauce and run on High for 11hrs, until steaks desolve and pull apart.
  6. Add (5) cups of Cellentani Noodles and leave in on high for 1 hour and finito!, add a few flakes of Parmigiano-Reggiano!
  7. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
