  9. Make ready 1 tbsp red chilli powder (+/- 1/2 for spice adjustment)
  10. Make ready 1 tbsp kitchen king masala (to replace this you can take a blend of coriander powder, cumin seeds and garam masala in the ratio 1:1:1)
  11. Make ready 1 tbsp garam masala
  12. Prepare 1 tsp amchor powder (dry mango powder)
  13. Prepare 1 tbsp sugar (preferably powder)
Instructions to make French Beans & Potato (Bhaji):
  1. Gather all ingredients
  2. Wash the French beans and potatoes
  3. Cut the ingredients
  4. Heat up oil in a wok / kadhai
  5. Add hing, followed by cumin seeds
  6. Add all green chillies
  7. Add onions and fry until they are transparent
  8. Add the chopped French beans
  9. Add little salt for the French beans to cook, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes (check if the beans are half cooked)
  10. Add potatoes (Julian cut) followed with all spices except amchoor powder
  11. Add salt to taste
  12. Mix well, cover and cook (keep stirring and adding water little by little so that the dish does not stick to the bottom of the wok. add in all approximately 1-2 cups of water)
  13. When the potatoes are tender, add amchoor powder and 1 tbsp sugar
  14. Mix well, turn of the heat and cover for 2 minutes
  15. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
