  1. Get 200 g baby potatos
  2. Get Pinch salt

  1. Preheat oven to 250°c. Mix slice the baby potatoes into about 1cm - 1.5cm in thickness and cover them in salt, garlic, pepper and paprika. Cook in medium bowl the oven for 25 min.
  2. Add the bacon to a hot pan and cook slightly (not crispy). While that's cooking mix the egg whites and egg together in a small bowl.
